Male Alchemy began with a simple but powerful idea: to build a modern, welcoming space dedicated entirely to men’s grooming and holistic wellbeing. We wanted to create an environment that goes beyond a standard haircut, preserving the authentic, personal connection that makes a great barbering experience so important. We know that life moves fast, which is why we’ve intentionally designed our shops to be a place of genuine comfort—a sanctuary where men can hit pause, unwind, and invest in themselves.

Today, Male Alchemy is led by Joshua, alongside two partners and close friends. Together, we’ve poured our time, energy, and shared belief into growing this business, opening new locations, and building stronger, more connected teams along the way.
